Role Overview:

The D365 CRM System & Data Administrator will be integral in ensuring the seamless operation and integrity of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation which is a key tool for over 600 colleagues. The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior System Administrator to ensure we provide an excellent level of internal user support as well as performing key administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities will revolve around working with internal stakeholders to improve and maintain the integrity of our system data for effective utilisation in integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:

  • Collaborate with the Senior System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation and optimisation of our Dynamics 365 application. Such tasks will include user access, security profiles, view creation, dashboards, creating marketing lists, simple configurations and maintaining option sets.
  • Work with our support partner to plan and deploy continuous improvements updates and change requests.
  • Collaborate with the Dynamics 365 team to discuss and advise on system enhancements and improvements based in user feedback.

Data Administration:

  • Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of CRM data.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.
  • Establish data entry protocols and validation mechanisms to maintain data integrity and completeness.
  • Work with the business to establish and implement data retention policies so as to reduce data storage requirements in Dynamics 365.

User Support:

  • Work in tandem with the Senior System Administrator to provide excellent system support for internal users, addressing enquiries and providing solutions.
  • Resolve data queries and provide guidance on data segmentation (creating views, lists, dashboards etc).
  • Work with the Dynamics 365 Trainer to ensure all users are educated on data entry and maintenance requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Technically minded, detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Methodical approach to performing important system administration tasks.
  • Astute problem-solving skills to analyse and trouble-shoot technical issues in a timely manner with the ability to effectively communicate solutions.
  • Passionate about data integrity and the importance of clean date to the business.
  • Great attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our application data.
  • An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • A great team-player and effective communicator across multiple business areas.
  • An attitude geared towards growth; always learning to improve.
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Platform a bonus.
  • Proven experience (3 years minimum) in CRM system and data administration ideally using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing and maintaining data quality standards within a CRM system.
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications a bonus.
