Dynamics 365 Support Analyst - £45 - Hampshire

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a growing and dynamic Microsoft Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CRM support and customisation who is looking to grow into a consultancy or development role. You'll be part of a small but skilled team supporting varied Dynamics 365 environments, including Power Platform technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Log and process customer issues and requests using Dynamics 365

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or onsite visits

  • Manage support tickets effectively in line with SLAs

  • Support project-related tasks including CRM improvements and new implementations

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and environments

  • Maintain a high standard of customer communication and internal updates

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement using Power Platform tools

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a desktop or CRM support role

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customisation (fields, forms, business rules, workflows)

  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security roles and settings

  • Experience with data handling, imports/exports, and validation

  • Exposure to PowerApps, Power Automate, and JavaScript

  • Awareness of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Entra setup

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Salary:

Up to £45,000 depending on experience Benefits Mentorship Programme

Location:

Hybrid – Must be able to attend the office during probation
Office based in Hampshire– easily commutable from surrounding counties
