Leading Microsoft Consultancy seeking an experienced Business Applications Consultant to join their team. Specialising in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, they work with mid-market to enterprise-scale clients across both public and private sectors, delivering innovative solutions that drive digital transformation.

As a trusted Microsoft partner, our client helps organisations optimise operations, enhance customer engagement, and unlock new efficiencies through tailored digital solutions. Their expertise spans industries, ensuring impactful results for a diverse range of businesses.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and solution architecture discussions.
• Develop, customize and integrate applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices and digital transformation strategies.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to optimise system adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of business processes and transformation strategies.
• Strong knowledge across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Dataverse with the ability to design, configure and integrate tailored solutions that enhance business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing experience.
• Microsoft Certifications (preferred but not essential).
