Position: Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect

Salary: Up to £120,000

Location: Anywhere in the UK

Adapt 365 has partnered with a global consultancy seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join their team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. Key duties include understanding requirements, creating scalable solutions for a global user base, and providing technical leadership during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with industry best practices and business goals.
• Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create technical design documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and system integrations.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 CE or Solution Architect.
• Experience designing solutions using Azure.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Extensive CRM architecture design experience, including data modeling and system integration.
• Knowledge of messaging patterns and enterprise integration via Azure Service Bus.
