Brief

I've partnered with an established Microsoft Partner in the UK who is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Principal Consultant to join on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will come from a consulting background (at Senior Manager / Managing Consultant level) and have the skills and experience to help shape the practice whilst also focusing on growing the pipeline.

What you’ll be doing

1. Contributing to the growth of the Dynamics 365 community, working towards an estimated Sales Target of £1,000,000 GBP
2. Managing and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects to achieve concrete results and benefits for clients
3. Ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of MS Business Applications (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform) by providing tailored solutions
4. Engaging with stakeholders, users, and key decision-makers to understand requirements
5. Lead project planning and delivery using Agile methodologies, managing risks, and ensuring strategic alignment
6. Leading/contributing to core business development activities including proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events
7. Ensuring projects are efficiently staffed throughout the client delivery lifecycle
8. Contributing to the growth of the Dynamics 365 community
9. Leading client meetings to advise on business and technology solution strategies, mapping business value to Business Apps adoption

Required skills

1. 7+ years' experience as a Senior Consultant / Manager
2. Experience working towards a Sales Target / KPIs - targeted specifically on client growth
3. Experience working at a large Microsoft Partner / Consultancy
4. Demonstrable functional expertise in Business Apps (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform), business processes, and cloud deployment
5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach peers, and drive team cohesion
6. Technically sound in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
7. Experience delivering high-quality presentations to senior business and technology leaders, including C-suite level

Required certifications

1. Holds the relevant Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform)
2. Professional degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business
3. Delivery Management Certifications such as Scrum, Agile, Change Management, or Project Management
4. UK government security clearance (BPSS or SC) currently held or eligible
