This role is fully remote, working with a knowledgeable team on various projects, with structured career progression pathways.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Understanding technical business requirements and mapping processes/solutions in D365.
2. Utilising Power Platform for low-code customisations, including developing Power Automate flows and creating Power Apps.
3. Handling occasional 3rd line technical support issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM development, including customisation and configuration, creating plug-ins and workflows.
