This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on various projects within a knowledgeable team and provides structured career progression pathways.

Role & Responsibilities

• Understanding technical business requirements and mapping processes in D365
• Utilising Power Platform for low-code customisations, including developing Power Automate flows and creating Power Apps
• Providing occasional 3rd line technical support

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM development, including customisation and configuration
• Strong skills in Power Platform customisation, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience with integrations using .NET and Azure
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to analyse business requirements and design solutions
