This role is fully remote, working within a knowledgeable team on various projects, offering structured career progression pathways.

Role & Responsibilities

• Understanding technical business requirements and mapping processes and potential solutions in D365
• Utilising Power Platform for low-code customisations, developing Power Automate flows, and creating Power Apps
• Handling occasional 3rd line technical support issues

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM development, customisation, and configuration, including creating custom plug-ins and workflows
• Strong skills in Power Platform customisation, including Power Automate and Power Apps development
• Experience with integrations, particularly with .NET and Azure
• Stakeholder engagement skills, including analysing business requirements and designing system solutions
