Dynamics 365 Business Development Manager / UK - Remote with Occasional Travel / 2% Commission Uncapped - OTE 95k-120k

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is ready to reshape what business technology can do. If you're passionate about solution-driven sales, building real client relationships, and making an impact across the UK and EMEA, this could be your next big move. This is more than just a BD role — it’s a chance to take ownership of strategy, drive value across the full Dynamics 365 suite, and contribute to the transformation of businesses through Microsoft technology.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing go-to-market plans, nurturing long-term partnerships, and helping our clients unlock their potential through innovation.

Job Role

Owning business development activity for Dynamics 365 across the UK and EMEA.

Crafting and executing sales strategies tailored to each market and client need.

Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to successful deal closure.

Collaborating with marketing, delivery, and partner teams to maintain a strong, qualified pipeline.

Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, helping them navigate transformation with Microsoft cloud solutions.

Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where needed to build team capability.

Requirements

A strong background in business development or solution sales, within Microsoft/Dynamics 365 ERP as a must. Additional Dynamics such as CE is a benefit

Insight into the UK and/or EMEA business landscape, and a network to match.

Confidence in leading consultative sales discussions that deliver real value.

A track record of hitting targets through relationship-led selling and strategic thinking.

Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
