Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant / Project Lead – £55,000–£85,000 – Remote (UK Based)
Pearson Carter is proud to partner with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Warehousing. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a D365 Business Central Lead Consultant / Project Lead to lead full lifecycle projects, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution modules.

This is a fantastic opportunity to own and drive end-to-end D365 BC implementations in a collaborative environment. The role is remote with required travel to client sites, and initial onboarding will be at their Wolverhampton office (expenses covered).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
• Manage project scoping, workshops, documentation, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure successful delivery of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution modules
• Coordinate project teams and act as key client contact throughout project lifecycle
• Travel to client sites as required (all expenses covered)
• Attend onboarding week at Wolverhampton office

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central in a consultancy role
• 3 years leading full end-to-end D365 BC implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution modules within D365 BC
• Experience managing all project phases including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
• Pre-sales experience is a strong advantage
• Open to candidates from Microsoft Partner or end-user backgrounds

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £85,000 (Partner background) or up to £65,000 (End-user background) depending on experience
• Remote role with flexible working and travel to client sites as required
• Paid travel expenses for onboarding and client visits

Location:
Remote-based role open to candidates across the UK. Occasional client site visits and onboarding week on-site (expenses covered).
