Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions aligning with functional and technical requirements.
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation across all project stages.
• Deliver training and support materials to end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to improve and refine processes.
• Get involved in both functional and technical aspects of solution development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
