Job summary

BCA, the UK’s largest B2B used vehicle service, is seeking energetic Yard Drivers to keep the auction site running smoothly and ensure cars are ready for sale. This is a hands-on outdoor role requiring you to stay active in all weather conditions.

You will drive and move vehicles, maintain yard organisation, and participate in training such as jump-starting vehicles. A full UK driving licence and team-focused attitude are essential for success at BCA.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Happy working outdoors in all weather.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who's ready to get stuck in.
• Able to follow instructions and work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Driving and moving a wide range of vehicles across the site
• Keeping the yard organised and running efficiently
• Jump starting vehicles when needed (full training provided!)
• Spotting any issues and reporting them to the team
• Supporting other departments and getting involved wherever needed - no two days are the same
