Job summary

BCA is seeking energetic Yard Drivers to join our busy auction site in the UK. This permanent, hands-on role involves moving vehicles, maintaining an orderly yard and supporting multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will work outdoors in all weather and benefit from full training and career development opportunities. Ideal candidates will hold a Full UK Driving Licence, enjoy a active outdoor role and demonstrate reliability, teamwork and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Outdoor role, comfortable in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
• Team player ready to get stuck in and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Driving and moving a wide range of vehicles across the site.
• Keeping the yard organised and running efficiently.
• Jump starting vehicles when needed (training provided).
• Spotting issues and reporting them to the team.
• Supporting other departments and getting involved as needed.

Main purpose of the role

We're looking for energetic, reliable Yard Drivers to join our busy auction site. You'll be at the heart of the action-moving vehicles, keeping the yard running smoothly, and playing a key role in getting cars ready for sale.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role, so you'll need to be comfortable staying active and working in all weather conditions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Driving and moving a wide range of vehicles across the site
• Keeping the yard organised and running efficiently
• Jump starting vehicles when needed (full training provided!)
• Spotting any issues and reporting them to the team
• Supporting other departments and getting involved wherever needed - no two days are the same

To be successful, you'll bring the following with you:

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
