BCA, the UK’s largest B2B used vehicle service, is hiring energetic Yard Drivers to join our busy auction site. You’ll be at the heart of the action—moving vehicles, keeping the yard running smoothly, and helping cars get ready for sale in a hands-on outdoor role.

This role is outdoors in all weather, and you’ll need a full UK Driving Licence (essential), a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You’ll be a team player who can follow instructions and work at pace.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player ready to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Drive and move a wide range of vehicles across the site.
• Keep the yard organised and running efficiently.
• Jump start vehicles when needed (training provided).
• Spot issues and report them to the team.
• Support other departments and adapt to changing tasks.
