Enable Leisure & Culture is seeking a proactive Operations professional to oversee day-to-day venue and facilities activities, ensuring spaces remain safe, clean and ready for booked events.

You will build strong relationships with recurring hirers, coordinate with contractors, and support the Events Team to deliver high-quality Enable-produced events while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Previous venue management experience.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver complex events.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee day-to-day operational standards across Enable's event venues.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with internal teams and contractors.
• Manage recurring hirer relationships and client communications.
