Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll build strong relationships, influence buying decisions, and exceed targets while receiving comprehensive design and sales training.

You’ll conduct home visits, measure spaces, and design practical kitchens for trade customers and their clients. With a strong team culture, a generous pension, up to 32 days leave, staff discounts, and a 40-hour week, this depot role offers competitive pay,

Qualifications

• Targets-driven with proven sales results and KPI tracking.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by meeting depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices confidently while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational designs using product knowledge to advise customers.
