Job summary

EE is looking for Sales Advisors to join our Dundee contact centre. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and assisting with navigation of EE products.

You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent conversationalist, with an outgoing personality to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Training is provided, with a focus on customer-centric solutions and achieving personal targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and fluent spoken communication required.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• You will join a Dundee contact centre to handle EE customer calls and help them find the best deals.
