The candidate should have several years of team secretarial experience within finance or banking. Team Assistant required for Private Equity company in Dubai. You will be supporting a large team within the tech division. London based firm is re-locating some employees and building a new hub in the business district of Dubai. Duties will mainly focus on organising complex international travel as well as ad-hoc administrative support to the rest of the team.
The ideal candidate will have several years team secretarial experience within finance or banking and enjoy working as part of an international team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be a team player with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will work with two other admin support as and the company grows in size this will expand.
