Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Manchester is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a range of secondary schools across the Rusholme & Fallowfield area.

You will work across KS3/KS4 (and KS5 in some settings), delivering engaging lessons and providing one-to-one and small group support. Assignments may vary from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term placements, offering flexible working patterns, CPD, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in school, tutoring, coaching, or youth work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to teaching support.

Responsibilities

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 in some settings).
• Work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide one-to-one or small group support.
• Assist students with varying needs, including SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH).
• Help manage classroom behaviour and support coursework, revision, and exam prep.
