• Produce on-brand content including copy, imagery and video with internal teams.
• Lead day-to-day social activity: posting, community management and engagement responses.
• Utilise paid social to increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and provide regular reports.
• Track trends and provide updates and recommendations.
• Support weekly/monthly reporting on social performance and trading impact.
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and customer focus.
