Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join the School Age Team in the Integrated Children and Young People's Therapies Service in Buckinghamshire. The role involves locality-based work in the Aylesbury area and collaboration with a wide multidisciplinary team.

You will influence delivery of high quality, evidence-based interventions for children and young people, with access to supervision, CPD, and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Health Professions Council Licence to Practice is required.
• Continuing professional development and personal development are expected.
• Royal College of Speech And Language Therapists registration is required.
• A recognised SLT degree qualification or equivalent is required.
• Attendance at relevant SIGs/short courses is desirable.
• Clinical experience in various settings is valued.
• Demonstrates knowledge of SLT assessment tools and therapeutic interventions.
