Job summary

Beaucroft Foundation School is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for Wimborne (College) or Colehill (School) sites. The role is full-time, term-time only, 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a focus on supporting pupils with SEND in small groups within a caring learning environment.

You will work with a supportive team, travel between two sites, and contribute to an outstanding educational experience for children with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Experience of and confidence in supporting young people with SEND, including those with complex needs.
• Flexible approach with exemplary communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between Wimborne and Colehill sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and other teaching assistants in developing and implementing programmes of work.
• Support pupils in small groups in a stable, caring learning environment.
• Support pupils with SEND in daily activities and learning tasks.
