Job summary

GSL Education is seeking Secondary School Teachers for Bromley-based partner schools. Roles cover KS3, KS4 and KS5 across English, Maths, Science, Art & Design and other subjects.

Start in September 2025 with strong safeguarding requirements and DBS checks. Both full-time and part-time options available, Long-Term/Short-Term contracts, and daily pay between £150 and £260 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of classroom teaching experience.
• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with valid teaching qualification (PGCE).
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and subject objectives.
• Use varied teaching methods, including technology and real-world examples.
• Inspire student engagement and motivation through creative teaching approaches.
• Monitor progress, provide regular assessments and constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment and effective behaviour management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive delivery of the curriculum.
