Job summary

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Music Teacher to join a secondary school in Teesside on a full-time basis. You will deliver Music lessons to pupils across KS3 and KS4, helping students to develop confidence, creativity and musical skills.

We are seeking a committed teacher with QTS and strong subject knowledge who can engage learners of varying abilities and contribute positively to the school's Music/Performing Arts department.

Qualifications

• QTS and relevant Music teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Music.
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of different abilities.
• Excellent classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Music across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
• Support students to make strong progress.
• Work as part of a supportive Music/Performing Arts department.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community.
