Qualifications

• QTS is essential for the role.
• Specialism in Mathematics with relevant secondary teaching experience.
• Reference History: minimum 2 years of continuous employment references.
• DBS: enhanced child DBS with Update Service.
• Address History: full 5-year history.
• Training: willingness to complete mandatory e-learning modules.
• Right to Work in the UK: must have valid right to work (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging, high-quality Mathematics lessons across secondary year groups.
• Creating a structured, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assessing student work, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback.
• Adapting teaching strategies to support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively in line with school policies.
• Collaborating with the Maths department to maintain curriculum standards.
