Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting Band 5 Occupational Therapists for rotation at Lincoln County Hospital, with opportunities across orthopaedics, surgery, cardiovascular, respiratory and more. You will manage caseloads with supervision, support patient goals, and develop competencies in assessment, rehabilitation and discharge planning.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, rostered weekends/bank holidays, and flexible working.

Qualifications

• DipCOT or BSc OT qualification.
• HCPC Registration or pending if student.
• BAOT member.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a defined caseload with indirect supervision from a Senior Occupational Therapist.
• Support patients to achieve goals and gain/maintain independence.
• Develop skills in assessment and rehabilitation including home visits and access visits.
