Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its Coventry team. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and new build work while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. Permanent position with benefits available.

Competenze

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling residential property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice.
• Ability to independently manage a busy conveyancing caseload.
• Experience with freehold/leasehold, remortgages, shared ownership and new build work.
• Knowledge of CQS requirements and best practice.

Mansioni

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership and new build work.
• Meeting with clients in person, by telephone and through written correspondence to take instructions and provide legal advice.
• Drafting, reviewing and approving contracts, transfer deeds and related documents.
• Maintaining accurate client files and managing diaries and milestones.
