Job summary

Confidential is seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support within our residential conveyancing team in Milton Keynes. You will help manage searches, land registry applications, mortgage redemptions, and related file handling to maintain high service standards.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months' experience in conveyancing, a solid understanding of property law, excellent communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' experience in conveyancing or legal support.
• Strong understanding of conveyancing process and property law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• A law degree and LPC or equivalent are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal administrative support: submit searches, land registry applications, mortgage redemptions.
• Provide office admin support: open/close files, ID checks, filing, scanning, copying.
• Support with enquiries, take client instructions, keep clients and agents updated.
• Communicate with estate agents, solicitors, clients and third parties professionally.
• Handle financial admin: prepare invoices, redeem mortgages, bank transfers, data entry.
• Prepare files for completion and manage post-completion tasks with lenders.
