Talent Recruitment Group is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work across mainstream and SEN schools in Manchester and surrounding areas. Roles include immediate starts with flexible options from daily supply to long-term placements.

Ideal candidates hold QTS and have experience in primary settings; SEN experience is desirable. The agency offers ongoing support and clear pathways to permanent roles within a range of schools.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• SEN experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of individual learning needs, including SEN.
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and pupil engagement.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.
