Responsibilities

• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively; collaborate with assistants, SENCOs, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and pupil engagement.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.
