TeacherActive Ltd in Maidstone is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to cover Year 1 and Year 3 on a long-term basis. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons, manage diverse year groups, and maintain strong classroom management to help pupils reach their full potential. Immediate availability is required.

The role is in a mainstream primary school with a supportive onboarding process, CPD opportunities, and market-leading pay rates. It is paid via PAYE.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching Year 1 / KS1 and Year 3 / KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and ability to deliver creative, engaging lessons.
• Flexibility across different year groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Year 1 / KS1 and Year 3 / KS2.
• Cover staff sickness across year groups on a long-term basis.
• Maintain strong classroom management and adapt teaching to pupil needs.
• Support pupils to reach their full potential.
