Job summary

Winner Education is seeking experienced primary school supply teachers to cover day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements in Worcester. ECTs are welcome to apply, and candidates should be ready for urgent requirements across multiple schools.

Applicants must have QTS, demonstrated knowledge of the National Curriculum, and be comfortable delivering lessons to full class sizes. A strong team player with solid behaviour management is essential.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working with primary school aged children.
• Hold a QTS qualification.
• Have previous experience of full class responsibilities.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Be comfortable in delivering lessons to full class sizes.
• Show willing to go above and beyond.
• Be a great team-player and form good relationships within the school environment.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons to primary school classes.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupil safety.
