Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting Flexible Primary Teachers (QTS Required) to join our team across the UK. Opportunities include full-time and part-time placements in diverse primary classrooms, offering variety, balance and access to our dedicated app to manage your availability and bookings.

As a Primary Teacher you will design lessons, assess progress, manage behaviour, and collaborate with schools and parents to support holistic development for children.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for primary education.
• A valid driving licence is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering creative lesson plans tailored to the curriculum.
• Providing constructive and timely marking to support student progress.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assessing student development and reporting on academic achievements.
• Adapting teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of different student groups.
• Collaborating with school staff and parents to support the holistic development of children.
• Engaging in playground or extra-curricular supervision as required by the host school.
