Job summary

Hanson Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for primary teachers to work in mainstream primary schools in Bristol. The role offers day rates of £150–£180 depending on experience, with term-time hours 08:30–15:30. You can select flexible days or full-time work based on weekly availability across the South-West.

We support ongoing professional development and assist with placements in a range of Bristol schools. Contracts are through Hanson Recruitment with competitive PAYE rates and full recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience of Primary teaching in any capacity.
• Primary QTS and Education degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work between 0830-1530 hours during the week term-time.

Responsibilities

• Using assessment data to raise pupil achievement and implement strategies.
• Experience of managing HLTAAs and/or LSAs in the classroom.
• Delivering the curriculum as relevant to age and ability.
• Encouraging pupil participation in social and academic processes of the school.
• Assisting with behaviour management and social-emotional development.
• Following school behaviour, safeguarding and Health and Safety policies.
