Job summary

Premier Education Ltd is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers for September 2026 across Cheshire East, Cheshire West & Staffordshire. The roles are day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply with flexibility to suit your schedule. Candidates with QTS or equivalent and an Enhanced DBS are favored.

We welcome ECTs and experienced teachers who seek greater flexibility and work-life balance. Pay ranges from £120 to £170 per day, depending on experience and assignment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• ECTs and experienced teachers encouraged to apply.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, enthusiastic and professional approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history.
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Mark and provide feedback where required.
