Springwell School seeks a dynamic Teaching Assistant to support primary pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, Severe Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The role may be in any class across our provision, depending on needs and your strengths.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, experienced and appropriately qualified, with a passion for motivating and enthusing children with special needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting primary pupils with SEND.
• Ability to motivate and enthuse children with special needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist class teachers in planning and delivering learning activities.
• Support pupils with daily routines, behaviour, and transitions.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
