SANZA Teaching Agency is assisting a Brent-based primary school in recruiting a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to oversee pupils during lunch and on the playground. The role emphasizes safety, positive play and proactive engagement with children.

The position is part-time, term-time only, 11:15am–1:15pm, Monday to Friday, with ASAP start and PAYE pay at £15 per hour. Prior experience with children and strong behaviour management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school, nursery, childcare, playwork or similar setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain clear, consistent boundaries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising primary-aged pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and enjoyment.
• Planning, organising and leading fun, creative and inclusive playground games and activities.
