• Maintains effective records and communicates with parents and carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and deliver the integrated curriculum for all pupils.
• Promote pupil attainment and well-being.
• Lead on teaching and learning strategies and classroom resources.
• Manage Teaching Assistants and volunteers where applicable.
• Liaise with colleagues and other agencies to support pupils with additional needs.
• Contribute to safeguarding, welfare, and monitoring processes.
• Support professional development and collaboration within the school.
