Job Description:

A progressive school in Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced Science department. The role involves delivering engaging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially A-Level. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physics Teacher who can foster a love for Physics among students.

Role: Physics Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for physical concepts.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department to share best practice and enhance the Physics curriculum.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Physics.
  • Potentially contribute to the teaching of Physics at A-Level, depending on experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
