This is an exciting opportunity for a Music Technology Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, developing their skills in music production, sound engineering, and digital composition. Location: HounslowRole: Music Technology Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Music Technology lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of music production techniques, software (e.g., Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton), and hardware within Music Technology.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Arts department to share best practice and enhance the Music Technology curriculum.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Music Technology.
  • Potentially lead extracurricular Music Technology clubs or projects, such as school recordings or sound design for productions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of music production software, hardware, and sound engineering principles within Music Technology.
