Connex Education Partnership is recruiting a Maths Teacher for a popular secondary school in the Redcar area. This full-time role will involve delivering Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 and improving student progress. The role starts asap and runs for the remainder of the academic year.

The school seeks a hard-working, resilient teacher who can inspire a love of Maths, manage a diverse class, and align with existing schemes of work. Salary is up to £1000 per week, paid PAYE.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS is required or equivalent
• PGCE in Maths or related subject from a recognised provider
• Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Teach KS3 and KS4 Maths lessons in line with the department schemes of work
• Confidently step into the department and continue teaching the existing schemes of work and maintain pupil progression

Connaissances

Excellent classroom management

Engaging KS3/KS4 students

Plan and deliver across ability ranges

UK secondary school experience

Formation
