Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking qualified Maths specialists to fill Secondary Mathematics positions across Sefton. If you hold QTS or QTLS, and have a degree in Mathematics, your expertise will align with local schools across Southport, Formby, Crosby and more.

Role types include permanent, long-term contracts, and day-to-day cover with weekly pay, free CPD, and a £300 referral bonus for each qualified teacher you refer.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS required or ECTs/NQTs welcomed.
• Degree level qualification in Mathematics or related subject.
• Proven track record of teaching Maths within the UK National Curriculum at Secondary level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Grade coursework, track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high standards of pupil behaviour and foster a focused learning environment.
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations and target grades.
• Collaborate with department to support curriculum goals and school standards.
