Job summary

phs Group, based at the Head Office in Caerphilly, is seeking a Marketing Executive to manage diverse campaigns, create content, and support product launches. You will plan online and offline activity and assist with internal/external communications in a dynamic team environment.

You will oversee social media across major platforms, coordinate events, and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align website content with strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and confident presenting to management.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation and digital activity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with divisional managers to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Market Analysis & Audience Targeting: Identify target sectors and define and segment audiences.
• Content & Asset Management: Maintain a library of marketing assets such as images and campaign materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
• Event Planning: Coordinate conference and exhibition activity to increase brand visibility.
• Website & Digital Alignment: Ensure website content supports marketing strategy.
• Budget Management: Deliver campaigns within budget, manage POs and invoices.
