Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking reliable Mail Sorters to support Royal Mail operations in London. Roles are temporary with shifts across Early, Late and Night patterns, 4–12 hours per shift, including weekends. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Pay rates vary by shift: Day £16.24, Late £17.70, Night £19.00 per hour. Unload, sort by postcode, and move items through the warehouse to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Able to push trolleys up to 250kg and lift mail bags up to 11kg.
• Stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload mail and parcels.
• Sort items by postcode and move through the warehouse.
• Meet tight deadlines and maintain workflow across shifts.
• Handle election materials and select items in line with Royal Mail standards.
