Job summary

Angard Staffing is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as flexible (temporary) Mail Sorters with Royal Mail.

Shifts are available any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, and vary depending on operational needs, with a minimum of 4 hours and potential to extend up to 12 hours.

You’ll unload mail and parcels, sort by postcode, and move items through the warehouse, meeting tight deadlines and sometimes handling election materials per standards.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; enthusiasm welcome.
• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload mail and parcels.
• Sort items by postcode and move them through the warehouse.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines; some teams sort over a million items per shift.
• Handle election materials and certain items (e.g., food products or alcohol) per Royal Mail standards.
