Job summary

Clarence House Day Nurseries is seeking a Level 3 qualified Cover Nursery Practitioner to support our Lincolnshire nurseries, including Boston, Grantham, Sleaford and Tattershall. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with a rate of pay from £13.75 per hour.

You will cover across different settings, helping to ensure high-quality care and education, travel between sites, mileage covered, and opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 3 or equivalent Early Years Childcare/Nursery Nurse qualification.
• Desirable work experience in a childcare setting.
• Self-motivated, passionate and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children through Early Years stages.
• Assist in planning, implementing and supervising activities.
• Monitor and record children’s progress.
• Key worker responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with a small group of children and parents/carers.
