Job summary

Clarence House Day Nurseries Ltd is seeking a friendly Level 3 qualified Cover Nursery Practitioner to support our nurseries across Lincolnshire, including Boston, Grantham, Sleaford and Tattershall. You will cover staff absences and assist across age groups to ensure high-quality care and education.

Job description

Clarence House Day Nurseries is a group of 15 nurseries in East Anglia and East Midlands. We are looking for a friendly, flexible and adaptable Level 3 qualified Cover Nursery Practitioner to support our nurseries across Lincolnshire, including Boston, Grantham, Sleaford and Tattershall. This is a varied role where you will work across different nursery settings, providing cover during staff absences and additional support where needed. You will have the opportunity to work with different teams and age groups, helping to ensure children continue to receive high-quality care and education.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a rate of pay from £13.75 per hour. Regular travel between our Cambridgeshire nurseries will be required, and mileage will be covered.

We're looking for a person who is self-motivated, passionate and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a genuine desire to care for children in a safe and stimulating environment. In addition, you will be required to have:

• A Level 3 or equivalent Early Years Childcare / Nursery Nurse qualification;
• Work experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential;

• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• The flexibility to travel between our Cambridgeshire nursery settings.
