Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking Home Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom to deliver shopping directly to customers, acting as the face of the company on the road. The role is active, independent, and involves strong customer connection.

You will be responsible for loading, safety checks, timely deliveries, and delivering excellent service while representing the brand with a friendly attitude. Shifts vary from early mornings to evenings, supporting flexible work patterns.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about delivering good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (i.e heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure groceries arrive to customers in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 11pm.
