Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring Home Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom. You will deliver shopping and engage directly with customers as the face of the company, keeping routes running smoothly and ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.

The role requires a full UK driving licence (3+ years, max 6 points) and a positive, punctual mindset to meet customer expectations. Shifts vary from early mornings to evenings, with opportunities for supportive team environments aboard modern fleets.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving licence (held for at least 3 years) and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Deliver shopping and connect with customers as the face of Iceland.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Shift patterns can vary between 6am and 11pm.
