Job summary

Bradgate Education Partnership is recruiting a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to work at Outwoods Edge Primary School in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This full-time, permanent role offers 35 hours per week during term-time plus inset days, with salary Grade 8, Pt 15 to 18 (£23,923 to £25,952).

• HLTA status or experience at HLTA level.
• Ability to support learning across whole class and small groups.

• Contribute to teaching and learning under teacher supervision.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
